Planned projects include the demolition of the Inner Belt Bridge and construction of a new bridge, which was given $340 million in funding. Construction on the Opportunity Corridor, which connects Interstates 90 and 77 and East 55th St. was approved for $274 million in funding.
A $54.4 million project will create an interchange at Winchester Road and U.S. 33.
