Northeast Trenchless Association Held Summer Outing

The Northeast Trenchless Association Inc. (NTA) held its annual summer outing on Saturday, August 9, 2008. Bruce Hubbard, 2008 NTA president, and his wife Sandy opened their home up on beautiful Tacoma Lake in Monmouth, ME to over 80 members from all over the northeast. A large meal was prepared that included lobster, clams, steak, and numerous deserts all prepared by the membership. The kids, both big and small, enjoyed the boat and tube rides around the lake towed by the Hubbard’s boat.

The NTA is represented by HDD–Horizontal Directional Drilling, Pipe Bursting and other trenchless industry contractors. It is also supported by associate members including equipment and drilling fluid manufacturers, HDPE pipe suppliers, engineers and product support services. The 2008 NTA board of directors consists of President Bruce Hubbard, ETTI Directional Drilling; Vice President Ralph Edwards, Vermeer Northeast; Second Vice President Jim Hargraves; Treasurer Matt Timberlake, Ted Berry Co.; and Secretary Brian Dorwart, Haley & Aldrich.
