Labor agreement between the San Diego Chargers and trades council bans non-union construction workers

The Coalition for Fair Employment in Construction is crying foul after the Chargers announced they are partnering with the Building and Construction Trades Council for their proposed stadium and conference center.

The San Diego Union-Tribune says non-union construction companies and workers will help defeat the stadium and convention center measure if it comes up on the November ballot.
