Navistar CEO: Company On Course for Turnaround

Lewis B. Campbell, Navistar's interim CEO, said his company has the right strategy in place to turn around in the next 12 to 18 months, but retiterated there will be no "fire sale" of business units to reduce size and costs.

Lewis B. Campbell, Navistar's interim CEO, said his company has the right strategy in place to turn around in the next 12 to 18 months, but retiterated there will be no "fire sale" of business units to reduce size and costs.

The Chicago Tribune reported that Campbell told the Baird Industrial Conference in Chicago that the company will get smaller before it gets bigger. Navistar had said in October that it may close factories.
