Worker allegedly kills foreman two days after being fired

Sorbara Construction foreman Christopher Sayers, 37, was shot multiple times, at least once in the head, with a 9-millimeter semiautomatic handgun at 645 West 59th Street Wednesday morning, apparently by a recently fired employee. Police say the gun was found next to the body.

The suspected shooter is Samuel Perry, 44, according to the NYPD. Perry was found dead at 8:45 a.m. Wednesday of a self-inflicted gunshot.
