Multiquip MVC-80 Series

MVC-80 Series vibratory plate compactors reduce vibration by 50 percent when compared to predecessors, says Multiquip, thanks to a new anti-vibration handle system. Centrifugal force is 2,925 pounds, and the unit can compact up to 72 feet per minute in granular soil or asphalt. Engine options are 5.7-hp Honda or 5.5-hp Robin gasoline engines. The four models in the series range in weight from 177 to 180 pounds, list at $1,995, and come with a one-year warranty.
