The Minnesota Department of Transportation tested an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) to inspect a bridge in Duluth, reports WCCO.

The test was part of the state's study to determine whether UAVs can be used for bridge inspections.

In its video report, WCCO notes some of the processes required before a drone can be used to inspect a bridge.
