Reker, estimator and project manager, is preparing to take over the family business, and has developed strong business relationships with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Off the clock: I like to learn from the more experienced contractors and engineers and build relationships to make the industry a fun and enjoyable place to do business where we can help each other when needed. I plan to start a regional contractors association to bring the area industry people together to not just socialize but to make sure we have a voice as a group regarding engineering practices, regulations and other legal issues involved with construction.
Extracurricular: Help to teach and mentor construction students at area technical schools.
