Mex-US Border Wall Construction Likely to Start in Spring '18

Acting U.S. Border Patrol Chief Carla Provost said today while testifying that the border wall between Mexico and the U.S. is likely to being in March or April of next year.

According to the site, Provost said prototypes of the wall will be built in the San Diego area in later this summer. The Customs and Border Protection department requested $1.6 billion in President Trump's 2018 budget proposal which would be used to replace 14 miles of existing fence and build 60 miles of new border walls.
