Two Maryland transit projects totaling more than $4 billion are expected to create 7,000 construction jobs in the state, according to the Baltimore Business Journal.

Two Maryland transit projects totaling more than $4 billion are expected to create 7,000 construction jobs in the state, according to the Baltimore Business Journal.

The Red and Purple line train projects will require workers trained as heavy equipment operators, electricians, cement and brickmasons, carpenters and ironworkers.
