In 2020, Preston Brayfield died after being hit by a vehicle that crashed through divider barriers into the construction site where he was working.
The man driving the vehicle was charged in the death. This week, his trial began.
Kristopher Gould is charged with negligent homicide. The incident occurred on Interstate 555 in Poinsett County, Arkansas.
