Man Charged in Philadelphia Building Collapse

The man operating the excavator involved in the Philadelphia building collapse has turned himself into police, who charged him with involuntary manslaughter. Police say the man had tested positive for marijuana use on the job.

Sean Benschop faces six counts of involuntary manslaughter and 13 counts of endangering another person, according to news reports.

The building being demolished collapsed onto an adjacent building, burying several people inside.
