Mack, Dealers Raise $150,000

September 28, 2010

Mack TrucksFive Granites and a CL dumper used in cleanup of the World Trade Center site in New York City recently made one more haul, raising $150,000 in an auction to dealers. Proceeds are going to the United Service Organizations to benefit American military and their families. Trucks were low mileage, but their bodies were battered from carting broken steel and rubble. They carry a commemorative patriotic emblem under the Mack Bulldog hood ornament to recognize the six months of service at Ground Zero.
