Eichler, project manager, rejoined the family business after receiving his college degree and helped take it from $500,000 a year to more than $3 million a year. He serves on the local school board, as an advisory board member for a local bank, and is a member of the Chamber of Commerce.

Professional accomplishments: Successfully bid and constructed the largest drip field irrigation sewer treatment facility in the State of Missouri.
Off the clock: Buying and restoring fixer-upper houses for the rental market.
Favorite movie: I was assigned to critique “Dirty Harry” in a film appreciation class. From then on, it’s been my favorite.
