Kubota U-Series zero-tail-swing mini-excavators complements its existing line of conventional-tail-swing models. Models U15, U25 and U45 operate at 1.5, 2.5 and 4.5 tons, respectively, and provide what the company calls "superb" operator visibility because they have virtually no counterweight overhang beyond the width of the tracks. Front hoses are routed through the arm, and the hydraulic systems accommodate a variety of attachments. Two-speed travel switch is located on the dozer lever for operator comfort.
