The massive Ohio River Bridges Project is moving forward after Kentucky and Indiana reached a development agreement that details the responsibilities and rights of both states.

The $2.6 billion project includes two bridges between Louisville, Ky., and southern Indiana, and the reconstruction of downtown interchanges on both sides, reports American City Business Journals/Louisville.
