InSite’s Paperless PDF Sitework Takeoff allows line selection without tracing on vector PDFs. Its portable nature means PDF and CAD takeoff can be done anywhere, with no digitizer required.
The image engine has been optimized for instant plans, roller zooms, and image drags to enhance the takeoff experience, Insite says, and users can even select dashed existing lines and building corners, while other nodes can be snapped for CAD-like accuracy. System supports multiple monitors to help on complex or larger projects when tight zooms are required to trace an image file.
