House to Vote on Three-Week Highway Funding Extension

October 26, 2015

The Republican-led House of Representatives will vote on a three-week highway funding patch to replace the current short-term funding set to expire Oct. 29, reports The Hill

The three-week interim option will provide the House more time to develop a six-year, $325 billion transportation bill. The Senate passed a bill that provides guaranteed highway funding for three years.
