The GME/E&S Slide Rail System manufactured by Griswold Machine & Engineering, Inc. (GME), provides improved ease of excavation and minimizes restoration costs.
The system is ideal for tightly confined job sites that are close to buildings or highways that have difficult compaction specifications or require ground subsidence be kept to a minimum. The system's rails and panels are put in place as the excavation proceeds, allowing for fast installation, reduced soil subsidence and minimal site restoration expense.
The Slide Rail system can be used in a pit configuration, or as a linear, clear-span system for conventional pipe-laying in difficult conditions.
