FERC Approves Proposed LNG Plant in Texas

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) granted a construction permit to Cheniere Energy to build a liquefied natural gas pipeline (LNG) and export plant in Corpus Christi, Texas.

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) granted a construction permit to Cheniere Energy to build a liquefied natural gas pipeline (LNG) and export plant in Corpus Christi, Texas. This will be the company's second plant; the first is in Louisiana and is set to begin exporting millions of gallons of LNG next fall.
