Last August, the Department of Labor and Federal Acquisition Regulatory Councils published “Guidance for Executive Order 13673, ‘Fair Pay and Safe Workplaces’” aka “the final rule”.
The Final Rule (available here from the Federal Register) contains guidance for disclosure of violations of 14 federal laws in 90 pages and is directed at contractors and subcontractors who engage in government contracts valued at over $500,000.
