Dealer/distributors play a key role in equipment management, and the Construction Equipment Dealer Excellence Award honors those that are best equipped to partner with the equipment professional. Entries will be judged upon 6 Pillars for Partnership that equip it to be a product-partner for the equipment manager: Technicians, Service Infrastructure, Manufacturer Relations, Technology Infrastructure, Data Management, and Service Management.

How does the dealer staff its service department, train that staff, and deploy it for product support?
Describe shop facilities and how field service is performed.
Describe specific ways the dealership partners with its manufacturers. 
Describe how digital technology (hardware, software, staffing) is used to support customers. 
Describe how data is analyzed, communicated, and used to the benefit of the equipment manager.
Describe warranty, service contracts, and other programs designed to support end users.
