Crews Dismantle Tower Crane at Downtown Crossing (Video)

November 4, 2015

The tower crane at Downtown Crossing portion of the Ohio River Bridges Project was removed and dismantled as the project inches closer to completion in late November, reports The Courier-Journal.

Removal of the crane made way for concrete pouring to fill the holes left behind by the crane. After the holes are filled, crews will apply a waterproofing membrane to the entire surface of the deck, which will take about two weeks to complete.
