The Los Angeles Times reports city officials in Long Beach, Calif., have approved plans to go forward with a controversial high-rise complex.

The Los Angeles Times reports city officials in Long Beach, Calif., have approved plans to go forward with a controversial high-rise complex. The project is estimated to cost about $360 million and create approximately 2,300 jobs, including 1,300 construction jobs.
