The Consumer Price Index dropped 0.7 percent in January, largely due to the decline in gasoline prices based on the Bureau of Labor statistics.

That contrasts with construction costs -- labor and material -- that have increased 2.9% between February 2014 and February 2015, according to Engineering News-Record.
