Concord-based CM Black Construction Co., Inc. is serving as general contractor for the Tillery Tradition Country Club, where they are in the process of constructing a new pro shop/clubhouse facility.

Designed by Yates-Chreitzburg-Hughes Architects of Concord, the 18,750-square-foot building is a two-story structure consisting of cast-in-place basement walls, suspended concrete first floor, wood and metal stud framing with stone and calcium silica masonry unit veneer, and an asphalt shingle roof. The lower level will be designated for cart storage and the first floor will house the pro shop, men's and women's locker rooms, a full kitchen with dining room, and bar.
