Caterpillar M300D Series Wheeled Excavator

May 29, 2012

The M313D and M315D wheeled excavators from Caterpillar now have a welded undercarriage that allows a blade to be used front or rear, with or without outriggers at the nonblade end. The machines can also be fitted with outriggers front and rear. The in-cab monitor has been upgraded and has a 40-percent larger display area. Quick coupler is controlled with a new valve, and an audible signal from the monitor informs when the coupler is open. A new right-hand switch-panel module houses the rotary-throttle dial.
