Caterpillar CEO Outlines Benefits of Keystone Pipeline

In a Chicago Tribune opinion piece, Doug Oberhelman, Caterpillar’s chairman and CEO, outlined the potential benefits of the construction of the Keystone XL pipeline on the U.S. economy.

According to Oberhelman, manufacturers would be able to provide 42,000 temporary jobs for local workers, who can put $2 billion in earnings into their local economies.
