Boss Offers Customized Task-Oriented Vehicles

September 28, 2010

Boss Industries has unveiled its E.T.O. (Engineered-to-Order) System for ordering and purchasing task-oriented vehicles. Boss says the system enables the user to get a single, integrated system that has been customized with all the necessary equipment to handle many applications.

The process starts with meetings between a Boss distributor and the end-user to review the existing fleet and gain a thorough understanding of the industry and day-to-day demands. Then, the Boss team gathers data and resources, creates preliminary specifications and drawings, provides a quotation, and presents the user with findings and recommendations. The end-users then can order a crew truck built to their exact specifications. For information, call 800/635-6587.

  • Multiquip Chairman Irv Levine has retired—nearly 30 years after founding the company.
  • Hercules Hydraulics and Bulldog Seals and Gaskets will be integrated as one company: Hercules Bulldog Sealing Products.
  • Hoss Equipment Co. announced they are offering the Fleetedge fleet-management system. The system uses wireless technology so end-users can manage their fleet from virtually any computer with Internet access.
