The Banks Project

Sept. 28, 2010

Cincinnati— A groundbreaking ceremony was held in early April for The Banks, an 18-acre, $600-million mixed-use development on the Ohio River in downtown Cincinnati. Construction of the first 300 apartments and 80,000 square feet of retail space — the first phase of the multiphase project — is expected to start before winter.

The Banks' master developer is Riverbanks Renaissance LLC, a joint venture of Carter & Associates Commercial Services LLC and The Dawson Co., both of which are headquartered in Atlanta.
