Atlas Copco Boosts Q2 Sales

Atlas Copco reported a 16.8 percent year-over-year revenue increase in its second fiscal quarter.

Atlas Copco reported a 16.8 percent year-over-year revenue increase in its second fiscal quarter.

Orders received in the second quarter rose 12 percent year-over-year to $3.13 billion. Europe had a 10 percent order increase in local currencies.

“In spite of a generally low level of capital investments, we saw good demand for industrial tools, assembly systems, vacuum solutions and small- and medium-sized compressors,” said Ronnie Leten, President and CEO of the Atlas Copco Group.
