Trimble GCS900 Grade Control SystemTrimble has enhanced its GCS900 Grade Control System to offer increased flexibility and in-cab control. Version 10 includes the ATS Construction Total Station configuration, which allows dozers to move from site to site, work in confined spaces, or perform high-precision grading. Single GPS configuration for dozers is ideal for site preparation and bulk earthmoving and is upgradeable to the Dual GPS or ATS system. The new Auto Side Shift option for motor-grader blades is designed for grading linear sections. The new CB430 in-cab display features a large, daylight-readable display with dimmer control and a simple user interface for easy operation, says Trimble. It also provides faster screen redraw, larger design files and improved software performance.
