AFL-CIO Investment Venture Brings Jobs To Chicago Workers

Wolf Point East, the second high-rise of the $1 billion mega-development where the north and south branches the Chicago River meet near the Merchandise Mart, will be 66 stories tall, 750-foot tall mixed-use skyscraper designed Pelli Clarke Pelli architects, with an estimated total development costs of approximately $360 million .
