$3.1B Alaskan Way Viaduct Will be Completed, Experts Say

An expert review panel says the $3.1 billion project to replace the Alaskan Way Viaduct in Seattle will be completed, despite multiple problems and being two years behind schedule.

The panel also says no additional public money will be needed for it, according to Komo News. 

Their report expressed confidence in the progress made by Seattle Tunnel Partners while tunnel-boring machine Bertha was stuck.
