Two men were killed after a lift tipped over and threw the victims from the raised bucket in Howard County, Va., reports NBC Washington.
The lift tipped over for unknown reasons, throwing the men to the ground. It is not known how high the bucket was in the air at the time of the accident. Howard County police said the two deceased workers were employed by Brothers Construction Framing Inc. at the time of the accident.
Both men suffered significant injuries and were taken to Howard County General Hospital, where they were pronounced dead shortly after arrival, according to NBC Washington.
