Oneok Partners plans to build a 1,300-mile pipeline to carry natural gas from Williston Basin, N.D., to Cushing, Okla.

Construction of the pipeline, which will transport 200,000 barrels of natural gas a day initially with the possibility of expansion, could cost between $1.5 billion and $1.8 billion.

Work is scheduled to begin in late 2013 and could be completed in early 2015, according to Reuters.
