Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker’s proposed biennial budget includes $6.4 billion for infrastructure projects, according to The Business Journal.
The proposal includes $550 million for construction on the Zoo Interchange and $236 million for the reconstruction of the Hoan Bridge. An additional $55 million would be dedicated to routine highway maintenance.
