West Virginia Tops List of Infrastructure Need

Bloomberg analyzed data from a number of sources to determine how much money each state needs annually to repair and maintain roads and other infrastructure.

Bloomberg analyzed data from a number of sources to determine how much money each state needs annually to repair and maintain roads and other infrastructure. The analysis places West Virginia at the top of the list, indicating the state requires $1,035 per resident per year to pay for its infrastructure. New Jersey is at the bottom, with $78 needed annually per resident.
