Next-generation G-Series wheel loader line includes L150G, L180G and L220G. Each is equipped with Tier 4-I Volvo D13 diesels. Breakout forces are 45,187 pounds for the 5.2-cubic-yard L150G; 50,537 pounds for the 6.3-yard L180G; and 51,301 pounds for the 7.3-yard L220G. Loaders have a new OptiShift transmission that increases fuel efficiency and lowers fuel consumption, Volvo says. The line provides 20 percent more lift force and 10 percent more breakout force than predecessors. CareTrack telematics system is standard with a 36-month CareTrack service subscription at no additional cost.
