The latest addition to Volvo Construction Equipment’s range of short-swing radius excavators, the 34.8-ton ECR305CL has a body that swings only fractionally outside its track width. Its compact design allows it to work next to objects without risk of damage, and near highways without disrupting traffic flow. Also included is a new rounded cab equipped with a sliding door for easy operator access when next to a wall. The ECR305CL is powered by a Tier-3 Volvo engine rated at 107 horsepower, and it has a bucket range of 1-2.1 cubic meters.
