McLaughlinMcLaughlin has introduced a reversible-flow option and a hydraulic boom option for the 500-, 800-, and 1,200-gallon vacuum excavators that the company engineers and manufactures for Vermeer. The reversible flow feature allows the operator to reverse the flow of air to remove clogs from the boom hose, offload spoil into holding vessels or to backfill holes at the completion of a project.
McLaughlin has introduced a reversible-flow option and a hydraulic boom option for the 500-, 800-, and 1,200-gallon vacuum excavators that the company engineers and manufactures for Vermeer. The reversible flow feature allows the operator to reverse the flow of air to remove clogs from the boom hose, offload spoil into holding vessels or to backfill holes at the completion of a project. The hydraulic boom rotates 270 degrees, and the height and reach functions are controlled by a wireless remote. An optional hydraulic motor controls boom rotation and can power other hydraulic tools. McLaughlin vacuum excavators and attachments are available through the Vermeer dealer network.
