A new smaller size of vacuum lifting attachment from Vacuworx opens up the use of the self-contained lifter to a host of new carriers, the company says. At a dry weight of 900 pounds, the MC3 with its three-ton lifting capacity can be used on compact excavators, forklifts, wheel loaders, cranes and boom trucks to lift tubular products, as well as steel plate, concrete slab and even landscape rock. Pipe can be stockpiled without spacers required, and only the suction pads must be changed to switch to pipe of another diameter. Vacuworx MC3 comes with a wireless remote control.
The Hydro Magnet, designed to separate iron and steel from concrete waste for subsequent recycling, can be installed on a carrier with an existing uni-directional auxiliary circuit with a signal line to power and control the magnet, so there is no need for a generator or electric cables from the carrier.
Designed for use on excavators ranging in size from 15 to 25 tons, the Montabert CPA 225E drilling attachment enables operators to transition from digging to drilling in a matter of minutes, the company says.
