Version 2.50 of Trimble’s Business Center – HCE office software features road takeoff, data preparation and earthworks planning functionality. A Corridor Mass Haul module combines the corridor design with a haul route network, barriers to haulage, borrow pit, and waste site locations. The software also analyzes data to determine optimum and cost-effective earthmoving processes, graphically illustrating the results. Users can also accurately place and automate line work extraction from Adobe PDF vector files containing both plan and cross-section data. CAD cross-sections can also be imported and converted into 3D models for highway and railroad users.
