The four-wheel-drive, four-wheel-steer RS446C reclaimer/stabilizer features a service center at the rear of the machine, allowing easy access to the hydraulic replenishing tank, fuel tank and automatic lube system. A new water-only delivery system is available for heavy soil-stabilization use, which delivers water to the cutter at a rate of 600 gpm. A center-mount cutter assembly positions the machine’s 60,000-pound weight over the 96-inch cutting width to keep the rotor from riding out of the cut, the company says. Maximum cutting depth has increased by 25 percent, to 20 inches.
