SDLG has launched its retail efforts in North America with the opening of its first store in Turlock, Calif., on Oct. 24, 2013. The store will serve as the flagship location for the North American dealer network.
The 10,000-square-foot store, named VCES, will sell the company’s construction equipment and provide parts and maintenance support. It is part of the SDLG dealer network, which includes seven companies in 12 locations. Each dealer in the network has a complete service center for service and warranty work, and trained technicians at each location are able to work on all components of SDLG machines. The central parts depot, located in Atlanta, will supply parts to all dealers.
“We’re very excited to launch our new dealer network in North America, and we couldn’t think of a better place than Turlock,” said Alan Quinn, director of SDLG North America. “It’s surrounded by a thriving agriculture industry and we have already connected with lots of excited customers who are interested in SDLG wheel loaders. We are honored to become a part of this great community.”
The North American dealer network locations also include Construction Machinery Industrial of Anchorage, Alaska; Redhead Equipment of Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada; ASC Construction Equipment of Bismarck, N.D.; Sheehan Mack Sales & Equipment of Sioux Falls, S.D.; VCES of Turlock and Fresno, Calif.; ROMCO Equipment of Dallas and Houston; and Vantage Equipment of Syracuse, N.Y.
