McKinsey & Co., a management consulting firm, estimates that $57 trillion in global infrastructure improvements must be completed by 2030 to stay in line with the world's economic development, according to CNBC.

McKinsey & Co., a management consulting firm, estimates that $57 trillion in global infrastructure improvements must be completed by 2030 to stay in line with the world's economic development, according to CNBC.

The group noted that in the U.S., private capital increasingly supplements government spending, but warns that these public-private partnerships may not be a total solution for a of lack of federal funding.
