Remu says it’s 13 models of standard Heavy Duty Screener-Crusher buckets (weighing 390 to 11,600 pounds) are suited for light grinding such as sod and limestone, and its five Heavy Duty buckets (weighing 3,700 to 5,950 pounds) can aerate compost while grinding wood waste, gypsum, glass and occasionally tiles and asphalt. Units are sized for use on everything from skid steers to 48-metric-ton excavators, using the standard auxiliary hydraulic flow. Finnish manufacturer Remu has been making screening devices since the early 1980s based on rotating blades and cleaning scrapers intended to prevent clogging.
