The Modustri HDE Suite is a mobile technology platform designed to simplify undercarriage inspections in the field and to make the measurement and data-collection processes more efficient.
Hardware for the system, the wear-management device, clips to an iPad mini and links with the system’s software, which includes the HDE inspection application and HDE inspection manager (web portal). These combined capabilities, says Modustri, streamline the inspection process, enabled by a cloud database and application-programming interface. The database feeds pre-loaded wear tables and accurately calculates wear percentages.
