The Big Blue 450 Duo CST, a dual-operator diesel engine-driven welding generator, features two CST 280 Stick/TIG inverters and 12,000 watts of continuous three-phase power in a single unit. Powered by Mitsubishi’s Tier 4-I S4L2 four-cylinder engine, the unit allows two welders to work off the same machine with two separate welding outputs. Miller says the machine operates at 1,800 rpm, which reduces fuel use and keeps noise levels up to 10 d(B)A quieter than other models. Big Blue 450 Duo CST features an easy process selector for Stick and TIG applications and offers many features that simplify maintenance and operation.
The Dimension 650 provides both power-intensive output for heavy welding and carbon-arc gouging, as well as precision arc characteristics designed for thin-metal welding, the company says.
Tweco ArcMaster 401MST (MIG-Stick-Lift TIG) and ArcMaster 401S (Stick-Lift TIG) power sources have a 10- to 400-amp output and work with cellulose 6010 electrodes and MIG and flux cored wires (401MST).
The SubArc Digital Series of power sources, interface controls and accessories include digital control and communication electronics designed to improve weld performance and simplify the integration of the equipment in more advanced applications, the company says.
Big Blue 400 Pro diesel-engine welder/generator now has a 400-amp output available in a 300-amp package.
