Built for transmission pipeline welding and more, Big Blue 350 PipePro diesel-engine-driven welder/AC generator provides 20 to 400 amps for both DC Stick and DC TIG welding.
Built for transmission pipeline welding and more, Big Blue 350 PipePro diesel-engine-driven welder/AC generator provides 20 to 400 amps for both DC Stick and DC TIG welding. It also produces 14 to 40 volts for MIG and Flux Cored welding (350 amps at 100 percent duty cycle) and 12,000 watts peak/10,000 watts continuous auxiliary generator power for running tools. The unit is powered by a 24.4-hp Mitsubishi engine, which lowers rpm to 1,850 and lowers fuel usage by as much as 50 percent.
The Vantage 600 SD and Air Vantage 600 SD engine-driven welders are each equipped with a Tier 4-Final-compliant Deutz turbocharged diesel engine and are designed for stick welding, TIG welding, MIG welding, flux-cored wire welding and arc gouging in heavy industrial applications such as mining, general construction, and pipe welding.
The SubArc Digital Series of power sources, interface controls and accessories include digital control and communication electronics designed to improve weld performance and simplify the integration of the equipment in more advanced applications, the company says.
