Built for transmission pipeline welding and more, Big Blue 350 PipePro diesel-engine-driven welder/AC generator provides 20 to 400 amps for both DC Stick and DC TIG welding.
Built for transmission pipeline welding and more, Big Blue 350 PipePro diesel-engine-driven welder/AC generator provides 20 to 400 amps for both DC Stick and DC TIG welding. It also produces 14 to 40 volts for MIG and Flux Cored welding (350 amps at 100 percent duty cycle) and 12,000 watts peak/10,000 watts continuous auxiliary generator power for running tools. The unit is powered by a 24.4-hp Mitsubishi engine, which lowers rpm to 1,850 and lowers fuel usage by as much as 50 percent.
The Dimension 650 provides both power-intensive output for heavy welding and carbon-arc gouging, as well precision arc characteristics designed for thin-metal welding, the company says.
Tweco ArcMaster 401MST (MIG-Stick-Lift TIG) and ArcMaster 401S (Stick-Lift TIG) power sources have a 10- to 400-amp output and work with cellulose 6010 electrodes and MIG and flux cored wires (401MST).
The SubArc Digital Series of power sources, interface controls and accessories include digital control and communication electronics designed to improve weld performance and simplify the integration of the equipment in more advanced applications, the company says.
Big Blue 400 Pro diesel-engine welder/generator now has a 400-amp output available in a 300-amp package.
